Thanks from the birthday boy

Hi all,

I have been so busy today that I haven’t had a chance to reply to many posts, so I thought I would at least say that I have never had so many birthday wishes from so many countries.

We’ll be busy for a few hours yet so I may not do the usual birthday drinks, but then this has hardly been a usual birthday!

How many people can claim to have enjoyed spending their special day with something legless…? Ah, quite a few I suppose.

Happy day after your birthday, Mark! It will most certainly be a memorable one, huh?

You all did a fantastic job, and I am grateful to have been a part of your viewing audience, well — up to the time I lost the feed and couldn’t get back on, somewhere around 2:30 p.m. NZ time. I look forward to the re-transmission, then.
